Our promise

We want you to feel good about every conversation. Refund requests for paid service items can be submitted within 7 to 15 days of purchase, depending on the type of assistance and whether help has already been delivered.

1. Eligibility & window

Refund eligibility depends on the following:

• Service type — single consult vs. multi-session package or recurring plan.
• Delivery status — whether the assistance you paid for has already been provided.
• Time elapsed — 7 days for single-session items; up to 15 days for packages and longer-term arrangements.

2. How to request a refund

2. Share your purchase reference and the date of service.
3. Briefly explain why you’re requesting a refund.
4. We’ll review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

3. Processing times

• Credit / debit cards: 3–5 business days
• Bank transfers: 5–10 business days
• Digital wallets / PayPal: 1–2 business days

4. When refunds may not apply

• · The assistance you paid for has been fully delivered as described
• · The request involves abuse or misuse of our service
• · The dispute is with your provider rather than with us

5. Recurring arrangements

For any recurring service tier, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges. Refunds for the current period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis according to the eligibility section above.

6. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, please reply with any additional context. We’ll re-review and respond within 5 business days. We genuinely want every interaction to feel fair.
